Overview
Governance and public administration is a highly coveted job. It comes with a lot of power but even bigger responsibility. Being a government officer is about taking decisions on behalf of the government. Qualifications
A graduate degree followed by the UPSC exam or the respective PSC exams at the state levels. UPSC is one of the most competitive exams in India and requires years of preparation. Even if you clear the exam, you will be able to truly enjoy the career if you have the passion to serve the country, enjoy solving public challenges and get immense satisfaction in shaping government action on the ground.
